1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Mobifixit's services, including our website and doorstep repair services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Mobifixit provides on-site repair services for smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and earbuds. All service appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system.
3. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made via our website or authorized channels. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Warranty
We offer an 3 months warranty on parts and labor from the service completion date. This excludes physical or liquid damage after repair and unauthorized repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mobifixit is not liable for data loss, pre-existing issues, or irreparable devices.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for backing up data before repair. Mobifixit is not responsible for any data loss.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content other than the brands LOGOs and product images is owned by Mobifixit and may not be used without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
